Release Notes | October 2024

This month’s release notes are broken down into three key sections.

Scope by Role | New features and improvements

We’ve enhanced the Approval Workflow for Scope by Role, adding key compliance functionality to support Scope by Role. Users can now review and approve scopes task-by-task, leave comments on all scope sections, and create multiple versions.

Additionally, we’ve added options to select a brand/subsidiary under the client and specify office locations within the “Create Scope by Role” modal.

For improved readability, full role titles are now displayed when hovered over.

To make better use of page space, the scope table expands automatically when Financials are hidden.

Lastly, we fixed a bug in the task editor to ensure tasks retain their original order, along with a separate bug affecting the save and reuse functionality.

UI/UX Updates

We have updated the look and feel of the following pages:

  • Clients
  • Rate cards
  • Output templates
  • Scope types
  • Groups

We have also updated the signposting on the Output templates gallery to help easily identify legacy templates (those that have limited editing functionality.)

Other improvements and bug fixes

We have increased the description character limit across the platform to support a minimum of 3,000 characters. This applies to library TPCs, Deliverables, Fees, TPC structure, and other items with descriptions, allowing for more detailed information where needed.

We’ve extended the Public API to enable retrieval of archived scopes.

The bulk client uploader now supports uploading up to 5,000 clients in a single batch.

We’ve enhanced our modals to ensure that ‘call to action’ buttons are always visible on the screen.

Additionally, we fixed a bug where time logged in Actuals was not displaying at the Deliverable level.
