Scope by Role
Admin’s can now create a library of Tasks outside of the Scope.
A bulk upload option from Excel file is now available for the users who want to create multiple Tasks in one go.
Users can now add saved Third Party Costs from the Library.
Scope by Work
Admins can now upload Components with zero-hour roles to the library. This helps guide users in scope building by allowing pre-selected roles, while giving users the flexibility to assign hours as needed.
Output Editor
We’ve made a big update to the Output Editor for adding Variables. They are now all listed in a hierarchical menu on the right side of the screen, and users can drag and drop them into the document.
Variables can now also be added at different Scope levels and are nested under the corresponding Content Widget. This makes it easy for users to identify the variable’s level and the appropriate widget to use.
We’ve simplified navigation by displaying nested Content Widgets within the document and adding tabs labeled with widget names, allowing users to easily switch between levels.
Variables and Widgets remain available for our newer HTML-based templates. To prevent confusion, Legacy templates—where these features are not supported—are now clearly labeled.
Library
The library’s main page now features an updated design:
• Items can be sorted by name, type, creator, creation date, and last edit.
• Bulk uploaders have been simplified.
• A new Excel uploader for fixed-fee deliverables has been introduced, streamlining initial library builds and future updates.
Our new Integration Service
We’ve launched a new integration service to connect external applications to our platform. This service enables us to push and pull from multiple third party applications.
The first applications supported on this service are HubSpot, Monday.com, and NetSuite.
Hubspot Integration
Users can now convert a Deal into a Scope once it reaches a specified Deal stage, with the deal amount automatically set as the Scope budget.
Bug fixes
We’ve implemented numerous bug fixes and stability improvements, including:
• Making the “Deliverable total” visible in the Deliverable Builder during editing.
• Resolving layout, spacing, and navigation issues for a smoother experience.
