New Integration: Replicon
Our Platform is now connected with Deltek’s popular ERP tool Replicon. Clients who use Replicon can now make use of a two-way data connection, pushing and pulling information between the two platforms.
Changes to the Approval Flow Team Formation
We refined the logic of how approving/reviewing team members are added to each scope’s approval flow. Now, the automatic addition of approvers and reviewers is dictated by the permission settings.
Custom Fields in Output Documents
We made changes to the Output Editor. Users can now add any custom fields that they have created within their scopes to their Output Documents as ‘additional variables’.
Deliverable Character Limit
We’ve increased the character limit for deliverable names by 20 characters allowing for the creation of longer named deliverables.
New Feature: Scope By Timeline
We launched Scope by Timeline, an alternative way to visualize and build out a Scope of Work based on Gantt chart views.

Expanded Search Functionality
Users can now easily search Clients and Ratecards for a specific name. They just need to start typing in the search window and the search results will narrow as they type.
The ‘My Scopes’ search bar has also received a revamp and now features a ‘cancel’ button.
Improved Smartsheets Integration
We’ve built on and updated our previously released Smartsheets connection. Users can now create a sheet or add a chosen scope and its contents to an existing sheet from within the SCOPE Better Platform.
Profiles Export Improvements
Following this update, we now exclude deleted users in the export by default.
Bux Fixing
We’ve made several bug fixes over the last few weeks. These include fixes to the:
- ‘Import’ functionality on Clients page,
- Parent-Child Account Switcher,
- Export of Fixed Fee Components
- Saving the same components under one deliverable
We’ve also removed the necessity to refresh the page during the Approvals Flow.
